Here are more tips on how to build your travel agent clientele list.

Here are more tips on how to build your travel agent clientele list.

Building a new and larger clientele base and retaining them can be done by anyone.

Here is how...

Mailing List.

"Include your signature line with a link to your web page at the bottom of every e-mail."

2.Build you a website.

"This lets people know more about you. It builds trust. It also shows people you are in business and that you have other things to sell."

3." Join auction announcement lists related to the items you sell."

During the listing of new auctions, give information about these auctions. Check YahooGroups. Post to the lists, sign up for those lists that allow announcements on the subjects that you are selling. **Do Not do this unless the site allows you to.

4. Create your own mailing list and give invitations.

They should get first crack at new items. They should receive benefits. The important part is that you be a GIVER!

5. Include an invitation to visit your website...

In every e-mail sent to winning bidders.

6. If you do not have a website, give a URL of your list....

Or your About Me Page. You do this to alert them to other things you may have to sell. Let them Know!! Do not assume that they know!!

7. Use package slips.

Include your site, business cards, bookmarks, flyers, etc. Impress to your customer that you want them to do business with you.

8. Word of mouth!

Let people know what your service is!

9. Customer satisfaction and service is the Most important!

Offer a variety of payment options. Closing should be easy for the customer.

10. Keep your Word!!

Enough said!

11. Stay open-minded and Flexible with the customers.

The harder it is for the customer to work with you, the less the customer is going to want to deal with you.

12. Become the best at one thing.

Try not to be scattered brained. Master one niche first, then work on something else.

13. Link up with other quality sites.

This is one of the easiest ways to gain customers and return the favor to other sites.

Again. BE A GIVER!

"It is more blessed to give than receive." as the Bible says. In the end you will receive as well.

Hopefully this will help you build your travel agent clientele 2.
