There are many sites like Travelocity or Expedia just to name two. There are also different smaller travel agent sites over the internet.

These websites make booking a trip convenient. It can be completed over the computer.

What I found was the site from the company I am affiliated with only allows you to book up to 9 people. I also checked Travelocity and Expedia websites. They only allow 9.

If you want to book more than 9, you need to call the number they provide for a full service travel agency.(ex. Apple Vacations)

3.Test the flight area on the site for fares.

4.Wait and see if other flight and fares are offered.(There are times when you can get the best deals by doing this.)

5.Document how each site measures up.

6.Look to see how simple it is to receive information on hotels and their prices.

7.Test their customer service reps by asking questions. Then look to see which company services you the best.

8.Check out online travel agent newsletters and join.Stay with the ones that provide consistently good service.

9.Most sites have options besides hotels,airfare, cruises,etc.You should check out the extra options that may be offered.

10.Use multiple sites if necessary.(ex. Purchasing your hotel reservations with one site(Travelocity) and your airfare with another(Cheap Tickets).

11.Do not always take the first fare you see. Like a house,check out two or more sites till you find the best deal.

If you follow these steps, there is a good chance you will have a good experience.(As well as the clients you send to these sites.)
